On site & Remote Support

Officenet Systems Ltd provide support to all of the software and hardware we create and sell. The majority of the support work we do can be done remotely, however for hardware updates its inevitable that the occasional onsite visit is necessary. This means you also benefit as you will not have to incur further travel expenses.

OfficeNet system offer a two tiered support charge, clients which have ongoing support benefit from half price support and maintenance. Clients who do not have a support contract with us are subject to the Full amount, normally charged per hour, although day rates can be negotiated.
